One of the current panels
The interpretation panels in Northwood Park were provided by Cowes Town Council over 10 years ago. They have suffered deterioration and we have agreed that they would benefit from some refurbishment.
After consultation with the Trustees of Northwood House, Cowes Town Council has agreed that more durable replacement panels should be installed. The opportunity has also been taken to consult with local historians and update the text in these panels.
These new panels should be in situ by mid-April 2010.
